These terms govern your access to FacelessVideo, including anonymous previews, paid credits, subscriptions, generated outputs, and the rules that apply when you use AI tools to create faceless videos.

What the service does

FacelessVideo helps creators turn topics into short-form vertical videos with script, voiceover, captions, and downloadable outputs.

Free and paid access

Some features may be available through limited anonymous previews, while paid plans, credit packs, and subscriptions unlock broader usage and cleaner exports.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality of your inputs, the way you use outputs, and your compliance with platform rules, intellectual property rights, and disclosure obligations.

No autopilot guarantees

AI outputs can fail, vary, or require human review. Publishing results, monetization, and platform reach are never guaranteed.

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and FacelessVideo. By accessing or using the site, app, APIs, trial flows, or paid creator tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and account use

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account or anonymous session. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@facelessvideo.com promptly.

2. What FacelessVideo provides

FacelessVideo is an AI-assisted video generation service for short-form creator workflows. Depending on the product flow, the service may help you generate scripts, voiceovers, captions, visuals, previews, and final video files for channels such as YouTube Shorts and TikTok. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

3. Anonymous trials and preview access

We may allow limited use of the service without account registration. Anonymous access can be subject to trial quotas, local storage checks, IP-based abuse controls, reduced feature access, and watermarked outputs. We may change or remove anonymous access at any time.

4. Paid plans, credits, and billing

  • Paid features may be offered through subscriptions, one-time credit packs, or other pricing models shown at checkout.
  • Video generation may consume credits, and some workflows may reserve credits when a generation starts.
  • If a generation fails because of a service-side error, we may restore the affected credits or otherwise adjust your account balance.
  • Subscription renewals, cancellations, and payment processing are handled through the payment flow presented at checkout and the payment provider's systems.
  • Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once digital services or credits have been delivered.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use FacelessVideo to:

  • Break the law, violate someone else's rights, or generate content you do not have the right to create or use.
  • Create defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful, or exploitative content, including content involving minors.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or personality rights.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, abuse trial flows, scrape the service, interfere with infrastructure, or gain unauthorized access.
  • Resell, mirror, or white-label the service except where we expressly allow it.

6. Your content and your rights

You retain whatever ownership rights you have in the prompts, scripts, uploaded materials, and outputs you create using FacelessVideo, subject to these terms, applicable law, and the rights of third parties. You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your inputs and use the outputs for your intended purpose.

To operate the service, you grant FacelessVideo a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, store, and display your inputs and outputs as needed to provide the product, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

7. AI outputs are not guaranteed

AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, unavailable, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, monetizing, licensing, or relying on them. FacelessVideo does not guarantee uniqueness, factual accuracy, legal clearance, platform acceptance, monetization eligibility, or business results.

8. Platform rules and publishing decisions

You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish content, including disclosure, copyright, spam, synthetic media, and monetization rules. FacelessVideo is a creation tool, not a guarantee that a platform will distribute, rank, or monetize your videos. You should review each output before posting it publicly.

9. Third-party services

FacelessVideo depends on third-party providers for AI generation, voiceover, infrastructure, storage, authentication, analytics, and payment processing. Those providers may change, fail, or impose their own rules. We are not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms or providers outside our control.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these terms, created legal or security risk, abused the product, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that could harm users or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Intellectual property in the service

FacelessVideo, including the site, software, branding, design, and underlying product workflows, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of the service itself, only a limited right to use it under this agreement.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output quality, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacelessVideo and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to FacelessVideo in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
