This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who accesses FacelessVideo — including anonymous trials, free tiers, paid credit packs, subscribers, and anyone interacting with our APIs, automations, or embedded surfaces. By using FacelessVideo you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
1. Who this policy is for
FacelessVideo is an AI-assisted tool for producing short-form educational, storytelling, and lifestyle videos — mythology, history, science, motivation, tutorials, Reddit stories, and similar creator niches. It is not a platform for adult content, impersonation tools, influence operations, or surveillance tooling. If your intended use overlaps with the prohibited categories below, FacelessVideo is not the right product for you.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use FacelessVideo to generate, request, upload, host, distribute, or promote:
2.1 Sexual and NSFW content
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually graphic imagery or video, including AI-generated depictions.
- Nudity, semi-nudity, partial nudity, topless, lingerie-as-intent, "undressing" effects, or wardrobe-malfunction framing.
- Sexually suggestive poses, twerking, simulated sex acts, fetish content, or imagery whose primary intent is sexual arousal.
- Any NSFW or sexual output behind a paywall, premium tier, or "private" flag. Paywalls do not make NSFW content acceptable.
- Marketing, thumbnails, showcases, or example galleries that imply NSFW capability, including language like "uncensored", "no filter", "NSFW", or "unfiltered".
2.2 Minors
- Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors, including AI-generated or stylised characters that appear to be under 18 in sexual contexts.
- Content that depicts minors in dangerous, harmful, or humiliating situations, or that targets minors with manipulation, grooming, or predatory messaging.
Any suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be reported to the appropriate authorities (including NCMEC where applicable) without notice.
2.3 Impersonation, deepfakes, and synthetic identity
- Deepfakes, face-swaps, face manipulation, voice cloning, or any synthetic media portraying a real, identifiable person without that person's informed, verifiable consent and the legal right to use their likeness.
- Content impersonating public figures, politicians, celebrities, or private individuals for misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing purposes.
- Using FacelessVideo to build or operate a deepfake, face-swap, or voice-cloning service.
2.4 Violence, harassment, and illegal activity
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for violence, terrorism, extremism, self-harm, suicide, or the creation of weapons capable of mass harm.
- Hate speech or content that dehumanises, threatens, or targets people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected attributes.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats, or coordinated pile-ons against any individual or group.
- Content that facilitates illegal activity, including controlled substances, unlicensed financial services, human trafficking, or unauthorized access to systems.
2.5 Deception and platform manipulation
- Fake news, fabricated quotes, forged screenshots, or AI-generated material presented as authentic journalism or lived experience.
- Political advertising, electoral manipulation, or synthetic political speech that could mislead voters, including fake candidate videos.
- Fake endorsements, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or pretending to be an organisation or individual you are not affiliated with.
- Spam, malware distribution, phishing, affiliate cloaking, and other deceptive monetisation patterns.
2.6 Intellectual property and third-party rights
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, or privacy rights.
- Unauthorised use of copyrighted video, music, voices, characters, or brand assets you do not own or have cleared.
- Rips, downloads, or redistributions of third-party streaming content that violate the source platform's terms of service.
3. Prohibited behaviours
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or work around safety filters, content moderation, rate limits, trial quotas, or account restrictions.
- Using multiple accounts, fake signups, anonymised fingerprints, VPN rotation, or automation to abuse free trials or evade bans.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or systematically downloading generated outputs or platform assets beyond normal product use.
- Reselling, mirroring, rebranding, or white-labelling FacelessVideo without an explicit written agreement.
- Any behaviour that destabilises, degrades, or threatens the availability or security of the service.
4. Enforcement and moderation
FacelessVideo uses automated content moderation on user prompts and generated outputs, complemented by human review where needed. We may:
- Block a prompt before generation or refuse to deliver an output.
- Remove content from our infrastructure, public URLs, and account history.
- Suspend or terminate accounts, cancel subscriptions, and forfeit remaining credits without refund for serious or repeated violations.
- Report violations to payment providers, hosting providers, and law enforcement where required by law or where we reasonably believe harm is imminent.
Merchants and users are fully responsible for the content they prompt FacelessVideo to generate. Use of third-party AI models through our platform does not shift that responsibility.
5. Reporting abuse
If you see content on FacelessVideo that you believe violates this policy — or if an account, output, or external mirror appears to be abusing our tools — please contact support@facelessvideo.one with as much detail as you can share (URL, timestamp, description). Reports involving minors should include "URGENT: minor" in the subject line so we can triage them without delay.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect new threats, new generation capabilities, legal changes, or payment-provider requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of FacelessVideo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
